  • 1 16 ounce container frosting (vanilla or cream cheese) Use store-bought for convenience.
  • 1 15 ounce container no stir creamy peanut butter Brands like Jif or Skippy work well.

Preparation

  • Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  • Combine the frosting and peanut butter in a medium microwave-safe bowl.
  • Microwave on high for 30 seconds, then stir with a spatula.
  • Microwave again for another 30 seconds.
  • Mix until completely smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared pan.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
  • Use the parchment paper to remove the fudge from the pan and cut it into 16 pieces to serve.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. You can freeze it for longer storage.
