  • Gather all your ingredients.
  • Chop the olives finely or leave them chunkier based on your preference.

Mixing

  • In a mixing bowl, add the chopped olives, softened cream cheese, sour cream, and olive oil.
  • Blend everything together until smooth and creamy, being careful not to overmix if you prefer some olive bits.

Taste and Chill

  • Taste the mixture and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if desired.
  • For better flavor, cover and chill in the refrigerator for about an hour, or serve right away if short on time.

Notes
