  • 2 large Bananas Choose ripe but firm bananas for the best texture.

  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon A sprinkle can elevate the flavors beautifully.
  • 1 pinch Salt Enhances the sweetness of the bananas.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Peel your bananas and slice them thinly, about 1/8 inch thick.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).

Cooking

  • Place the banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon and salt if desired.
  • Cook the banana slices for about 10-15 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
  • Keep an eye on them during the last few minutes to ensure they do not burn.

Finishing

  • Once done, remove them and let them cool to become even crispier.
  • Enjoy these healthy snacks immediately!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container. If they get soft, pop them back in the air fryer for a couple of minutes to regain crispiness.
