  • 1 cup heavy cream This makes the cheesecake extra luscious and creamy.
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract A splash brings warmth and depth to your dessert.
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour Helps set the cheesecake while keeping it soft and moist.
  • 1 pinch salt Enhances flavors and balances the sweetness.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C) to prepare for cooking.
  • In a large mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the cream cheese and sugar until it’s smooth and creamy.
  • Crack in the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  • Stir in the heavy cream and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • Gradually add in the flour and a pinch of salt, gently folding them into the mixture.
  • Line a cake pan that fits into your air fryer with parchment paper.
  • Carefully pour the cheesecake batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula.

Cooking

  • Place the cake pan in the air fryer basket and set it to cook for about 25-30 minutes.
  • Check if it’s ready when the top is dark brown but the center is still a bit jiggly.

Cooling and Serving

  • Once done, remove the pan from the air fryer and let it cool completely on a wire rack.
  • Refrigerate for at least four hours (or overnight) to help it set perfectly.
  • Remove the cheesecake from the pan and slice to serve.

Notes

For perfect results, keep an eye on the cooking time for that beautiful burnt top. Leftovers can be stored covered in the refrigerator for up to four days.
