  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 380 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • In a shallow bowl, mix together the sea salt, garlic powder, mustard powder, ground coriander, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, and black pepper.
  • Take each chicken wing and dredge it in the spice mixture until fully coated.

Cooking

  • Place the wings into the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Cook them in the air fryer for about 30 minutes, until the wings are no longer pink at the bone, and the juices run clear. Use an instant-read thermometer to check that they reach 165 degrees F (74 degrees C). Adjust cooking time if wings are smaller.

Notes

Serve hot with dipping sauce like ranch or blue cheese, and add carrot and celery sticks for garnish. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer for a few minutes to restore crispiness.
