  • Cooking spray For the air fryer basket.

Preparation

  • Gather your ingredients and ensure your workspace is clean.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, shredded cheese, breadcrumbs, green onions, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix everything together until well combined. Use your hands for an even distribution.
  • Shape the mixture into small patties or fritters, about the size of your palm.

Cooking

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  • Place the fritters in the basket without overcrowding.
  • Air fry the fritters for about 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
  • Carefully remove the fritters and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

Let the fritters rest for a couple of minutes after frying for better texture. Feel free to add spices like paprika or cayenne for a kick!
