Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients to make the process smoother.

Cooking

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
  • Cook in batches if necessary, placing the mixture in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Cook for about 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  • Check for doneness after 12 minutes; the chicken should reach an internal temperature of 165°F.

Notes

For crispier veggies, consider adding them a few minutes after the chicken starts cooking. You can add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick if desired. Always shake the basket halfway through cooking to achieve that golden color.
