Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts These are the stars of our dish. They cook up juicy and tender in the air fryer.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil This helps to keep the chicken moist and adds a subtle richness.
  • 1 teaspoon paprika A warm color and smoky flavor that brings the dish to life.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder A must-have for that comforting, savory aroma.
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder Adds a layer of depth to the flavor.
  • to taste salt and pepper Essential seasonings to enhance the flavor.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  • Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel.
  • Drizzle the olive oil over the chicken breasts and rub it in gently.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Rub the spice blend all over the chicken breasts.
  • Carefully place the seasoned chicken breasts in the air fryer basket.

Cooking

  • Set the timer for 8 minutes. Flip the chicken over at the halfway mark (4 minutes).
  • Check the internal temperature, ensuring it reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Remove the chicken and let it rest for about 5 minutes before slicing.

Serving

  • Slice the chicken and serve it up! Enjoy it on its own or with your favorite sauces.

Notes

For extra crispy skin, dry the chicken well before applying olive oil and seasoning. Feel free to modify spices to match your mood. Always let the chicken rest after cooking to retain moisture.
