Preparation

  • Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
  • Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels to help them cook evenly.

Seasoning

  • In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Rub the mixture all over the chicken breasts, making sure they are well-coated.

Cooking

  • Place the chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Cook for 8 minutes or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Store leftover chicken in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Pat the chicken dry before seasoning for a better crust. Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket to ensure even cooking.
