  • 2 pieces chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil Can substitute with avocado or vegetable oil.
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste none Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
  • Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
  • In a bowl, mix olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Rub the mixture all over the chicken breasts.

Cooking

  • Place the chicken in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 8 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Serve with a side of vegetables, rice, or a fresh salad. It can also be used in wraps or sandwiches. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
