Preparation

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, coat the chicken thighs with olive oil and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Cooking

  • Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is crispy and has reached an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  • Let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Pat the chicken thighs dry with a paper towel before seasoning for extra crispiness. Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket; cook in batches if necessary.
