Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Pat the cod fillets dry with a paper towel.
  • In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • Brush both sides of the cod fillets with the flavor mixture.
  • Arrange the cod fillets in the basket of the air fryer in a single layer.

Cooking

  • Cook the cod in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes, checking at the 10-minute mark. It should be flaky and opaque.

  • Carefully remove the fillets from the air fryer and serve with lemon wedges.

Notes
