Preparation

  • Slice your onions thinly and soak them in water for about 10 minutes.
  • Drain the onions and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  • Toss the dried onions with flour, salt, and pepper until well-coated.

Cooking

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil, then spread the onion mixture evenly in the basket.
  • Air fry the onions for about 10 to 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until they turn golden brown and crispy.
  • Allow them to cool slightly before serving.
