Ingredients
  

For the shrimp

  • 1 pound raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs Panko breadcrumbs recommended for extra crunch
  • 1/2 cup flour Use gluten-free flour for a gluten-free option
  • 2 large eggs Beaten
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • as needed cooking spray

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  • In a third bowl, place the breadcrumbs.
  • Dip each shrimp first in the flour mixture, then in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  • Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Spray with cooking spray.

Cooking

  • Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until golden and crispy.

Serving

  • Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For leftovers, let the shrimp cool completely before storing in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat in the air fryer for a few minutes to regain crispiness.
