  • 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 large Eggs Beaten

Seasonings

  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • Enough to coat Cooking spray or oil for spraying

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Set up your breading station: In one bowl, pour in the all-purpose flour; in another, beat the eggs; in a third, combine breadcrumbs with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • Coat each shrimp by dipping into the flour, shaking off the excess, then into the egg mixture, and finally coating with the breadcrumb mixture.
  • Arrange the coated shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they don’t overlap.
  • Lightly spray the shrimp with cooking spray or drizzle some oil.

Cooking

  • Air fry the shrimp for 8 to 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  • Check for doneness at 8 minutes; they should be golden brown. Add additional time if necessary.
  • Serve warm for best taste.

Notes

Consider adding fresh herbs like parsley or dill before serving for a touch of color and flavor. Shrimp can be paired with coleslaw, French fries, garlic bread, or sauces like cocktail sauce or spicy aioli.
