Ingredients
  

For the steak

  • 1 pound steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces Any tender cut of steak can be used.
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme or rosemary
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Half for the steak, half for the potatoes.

For the potatoes

  • 2 cups baby potatoes, halved
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

For garnish

  • Fresh parsley, chopped For serving.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, combine the steak bites with salt, pepper, thyme, and half of the garlic.
  • In another bowl, toss the halved potatoes with melted butter, remaining garlic, salt, and pepper.

Cooking

  • Place the steak bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 5 minutes.
  • After 5 minutes, add the potatoes to the basket with the steak bites and cook for an additional 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  • Once cooked, garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Make sure the steak pieces are of similar size for even cooking. Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket. Experiment with different herbs like oregano or basil for a different flavor.
