Ingredients
  

For the burgers

  • 1 pound ground beef Use 80/20 ground beef for juicy burgers.
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce Can be substituted with soy sauce or omitted.
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • to taste Burger toppings, optional Options include lettuce, tomato, pickles, cheese, ketchup, mustard, or avocado.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
  • Separate the mixture into four even patties and press them to about 1/2 inch thick.

Cooking

  • Place the patties in a greased air fryer basket.
  • Air fry at 400°F for 7 minutes.
  • Flip and fry for another 3 minutes.

Serving

  • Add your toppings and enjoy on a bun.

Notes

Make sure to preheat the air fryer for the best results. Do not overcrowd the basket; cook in batches if necessary. Let the burgers rest for a few minutes after cooking to keep them juicy.
