  • Additional toppings of choice, as desired Veggies like bell peppers, mushrooms, or olives work well.

Preparation

  • Slice the bagels evenly in half to create four open-faced pieces.
  • Spread pizza sauce generously over each bagel half, ensuring thorough coverage.
  • Distribute shredded mozzarella evenly across each piece. Top with pepperoni and any additional preferred toppings.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 193°C (380°F).

Cooking

  • Place prepared bagels in the air fryer basket in a single layer, avoiding overlap.
  • Cook for 4 to 7 minutes, or until cheese is bubbling and golden brown.
  • Allow to cool for one minute before serving warm.

Notes

These pizza bagels can be served warm on their own or with a side salad or dipping sauce like marinara or ranch dressing. For storage, let the leftovers cool completely, place them in an airtight container, and keep them in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer for a few minutes until warm.
