Ingredients
  

Main ingredients

  • 2 lbs Pork baby back ribs The star of the show for this recipe.
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce Choose your favorite brand or make your own.
  • 1 tbsp Garlic powder A part of the seasoning blend.
  • 1 tbsp Onion powder A part of the seasoning blend.
  • 1 tbsp Paprika A part of the seasoning blend.
  • 1 tsp Cayenne pepper Optional for an added kick.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Start by removing the membrane from the ribs using a paper towel.
  • Cut the ribs into four manageable pieces.
  • Generously season the ribs on both sides with the seasoning blend.

Cooking

  • Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
  • Place the ribs in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 40 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Brush on your favorite BBQ sauce generously after the initial cooking time.
  • Increase the air fryer temperature to 400°F and cook for an additional 5 to 7 minutes until the sauce is bubbly and caramelized.

Serving

  • Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before serving.
  • Slice the ribs apart if needed and enjoy!

Notes

For extra crispy edges, ensure to cook at 400°F at the end, and try different BBQ sauces for a variety of flavors.
