  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil Helps crisp up the salmon.
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder Adds depth of flavor.
  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika Provides gentle smokiness and color.
  • 1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt Enhances taste.
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper Key for flavor.
  • 1/2 piece lemon sliced Adds brightness.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Drizzle olive oil over the salmon fillets.
  • In a small bowl, combine the garlic powder, paprika, Kosher salt, and fresh cracked pepper.
  • Sprinkle the seasoning mix generously over the salmon fillets.
  • Lightly spray the basket of your air fryer with cooking spray.
  • Gently place the seasoned salmon in the air fryer basket.
  • Set the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Set the timer for 8 minutes.

Cooking

  • Check for doneness after 8 minutes. The salmon should look golden and delicious.
  • If needed, add an extra minute for a touch more doneness.
  • Carefully remove the salmon from the air fryer and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top.
  • Plate the salmon and serve.

Notes

Ensure your air fryer is preheated and do not overcrowd the basket for optimal cooking. This salmon pairs well with steamed vegetables or salads. Leftovers can be reheated in the air fryer for best results.
