  • 1 pound salmon fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces Make sure the salmon is fresh or properly thawed if using frozen.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil Can substitute with another oil for a different flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste Adjust according to preference.
  • Lemon wedges for serving Squeezed on top enhances flavor.

Preparation

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, combine the salmon pieces, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Toss to coat the salmon evenly.

Cooking

  • Place the salmon bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and crispy on the outside.

Serving

  • Serve the salmon bites hot, squeezed with fresh lemon juice for a zesty flavor.

Notes

Store any leftover salmon bites in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. To reheat, pop them back in the air fryer for a few minutes to regain their crispiness.
