  • 4 medium Potatoes Choose similar-sized potatoes for even cooking.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For tossing the potato slices.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt To taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper To taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Slice the potatoes into thin rounds.
  • In a bowl, toss the potato slices with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

Cooking

  • Place the seasoned potato slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through until crispy and golden brown.
  • Serve warm.

Notes

If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the fridge. They will stay fresh for 2-3 days. To reheat, place them back in the air fryer for a few minutes to regain crispiness. Experiment with different seasonings for unique flavors.
