Preparation

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, toss the steak pieces with olive oil until well-coated.
  • Season the steak bites generously with salt and pepper.
  • Arrange the seasoned steak bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.

Cooking

  • Air fry the steak bites for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  • While the steak is cooking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
  • Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Once the steak bites are cooked, remove them from the air fryer and toss them in the garlic butter.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding fresh herbs like rosemary or thyme when cooking. Perfectly paired with roasted vegetables or a fresh salad.
