Garlic Herb Butter Ingredients

  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 4 tablespoons Butter Softened
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh herbs (like parsley or thyme) Chopped

Preparation

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Season the steak with salt and pepper on both sides.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, softened butter, and chopped herbs.

Cooking

  • Place the steak in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Once the steak is cooked to your desired doneness, remove it from the air fryer, top with the garlic herb butter, and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Let the steak sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before cooking for even cooking. Always let the steak rest after cooking to keep it juicy. You can customize the garlic herb butter by adding spices like paprika or chili flakes for some heat.
