Ingredients
  

Steaks

  • 2 pieces Ribeye or sirloin steaks, at least 1 inch thick Choose bone-in for more flavor.

Dry Rub

  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder Customize with spices like paprika or fresh herbs.
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika Optional for smokiness.
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh rosemary Optional for added flavor.

Instructions
 

Preparation of the Steaks

  • Pat the steaks dry with a paper towel.
  • Rub the dry rub generously on both sides of each steak.
  • Let the steaks sit at room temperature for 25-30 minutes.

Preheat the Air Fryer

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

Cooking the Steaks

  • Place the steaks in the air fryer basket, ensuring space between them.
  • Cook for 7 minutes for rare, 9 minutes for medium, or 12 minutes for medium-well, turning them halfway through.

Resting Your Steaks

  • Allow the steaks to rest for 5-7 minutes before slicing.

Notes

Use an air fryer for convenience. Experiment with seasoning to find your perfect mix.
