Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Chicken wings and/or tenders The stars of the show!
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil Helps crisp up the skin.
  • 1 tablespoon Corn starch Secret ingredient for crunch.

Seasonings

  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • to taste Garlic powder
  • optional Paprika For a bit of kick.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Pat the chicken dry with paper towels.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat evenly.
  • Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and any additional spices.
  • Sprinkle corn starch and mix well until coated.

Cooking

  • Spray the air fryer basket with cooking oil.
  • Arrange the chicken pieces in a single layer in the basket.
  • Set the air fryer to 400°F and cook for 12 minutes.
  • Flip the chicken pieces and cook for an additional 12 minutes.
  • If making multiple batches, decrease cooking time by 2 minutes for each subsequent batch.

Notes

For the crispiest skin, ensure chicken is very dry before seasoning. Don't overcrowd the basket; it will reduce crispiness.
