  • 4 pieces Italian sausages For extra flavor.
  • 4 medium potatoes, diced Red potatoes or Yukon Gold work beautifully.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil Adds a lovely richness.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder For that dreamy aroma!
  • 1 teaspoon paprika Adds a little kick and color.
  • Salt and pepper To taste.

Optional Ingredients

  • Fresh herbs for garnish Rosemary adds a wonderful fragrance.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, combine diced potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
  • Place the sausages in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.

Cooking

  • Add the seasoned potatoes around the sausages in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook everything for about 15-20 minutes, giving the basket a shake halfway through.
  • Check for doneness—potatoes should be crispy and sausages should reach an internal temperature of 160°F.

Serving

  • Remove from air fryer and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
  • Serve hot and enjoy the compliments from your loved ones.

Notes

For crispier potatoes, spray with a little olive oil before air frying. Different types of sausages can be used based on preference. This dish is best when freshly cooked.
