  • 2 pieces Fish fillets (e.g., cod, tilapia) Choose similar sizes for even cooking.
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil or cooking spray Use to lightly coat the fillets for cooking.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper Adjust to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 pieces Lemon wedges (for serving) Squeeze over fish for extra flavor.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Pat dry the fish fillets with a paper towel.
  • Season both sides of the fillets with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • Lightly coat the fillets with olive oil or cooking spray.

Cooking

  • Place the fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fish is cooked through and has a golden-brown crust.

Serving

  • Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.

Notes

If you have leftovers, cool to room temperature and store in an airtight container in the fridge for 1-2 days. Reheat in the air fryer.
