Ingredients

Vegetables

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced

Seasoning and Oil

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Garnish

  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, toss the cauliflower florets and sliced mushrooms with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

Cooking

  • Place the mixture in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Cook for about 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the vegetables are golden and crispy.

Serving

  • Remove from the air fryer, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.

Notes

Ensure the cauliflower and mushrooms are cut into even sizes for uniform cooking. Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if necessary for that perfect crispy texture. Feel free to experiment with different seasonings based on your taste preferences, such as adding smoked paprika or chili powder.
