  • 3 large Large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Add-ins

  • 1 cup Chopped pecans Can substitute with walnuts if desired.
  • 1 cup Diced apples Using fresh, high-quality apples enhances flavor.
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting) Optional for serving.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease and flour your bundt pan.

Mixing

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients.
  • In another bowl, combine the wet ingredients until well mixed.
  • Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  • Gently fold in the chopped pecans and diced apples.

Baking

  • Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan.
  • Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
