Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Grease a 12-cup muffin tin or line it with paper liners.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  • Divide the crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped green onions evenly among the muffin cups.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the fillings, filling each cup about 3/4 full.

Baking

  • Place in the preheated oven and bake for 18-20 minutes, until set and lightly golden on top.

Finishing Up

  • Let the muffins cool for a few minutes before removing them from the tin. Enjoy them warm or store them for later.
