  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 10.5 ounces cheddar cheese soup
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese for topping
  • 1 cup chopped bacon
  • 0.5 yellow onion, diced

  • Arrange the frozen tater tots in a baking dish and bake at 400°F for 10 minutes.

  • Stir in the cheddar cheese soup, sour cream, and chopped bacon into the cooked beef mixture.
  • Pour the mixture evenly over the pre-baked tater tots in the dish.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top of the mixture.
  • Return the baking dish to the oven and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden and crispy.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

For added flavor, try using different types of cheese or adding extra veggies like bell peppers or mushrooms. Make sure to drain excess grease from the beef to keep the casserole from becoming too greasy.
