Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 3 pieces boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 9 slices bacon Use crispy bacon for best flavor.

Seasonings

  • 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning Feel free to try different seasonings.
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika Smoked paprika can add extra flavor.

  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Slice each chicken breast into 3 strips.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and massage it into the meat.
  • Season both sides of the chicken with ranch seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Cooking

  • Wrap 1 slice of bacon around each chicken strip and place them in a greased 9x13 casserole dish.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 30-35 minutes.
  • For extra crispy bacon, broil on high for the last 1-2 minutes.

Notes

To store leftovers, let the chicken cool completely and place it in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days. It can be frozen for up to 2 months, wrapped tightly.
