  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 can (28 oz) baked beans
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Shredded cheddar cheese for topping

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef and chopped onion until the beef is browned and the onion is tender.
  • Stir in the baked beans, ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, salt, and pepper until everything is mixed well.
  • Pour the mixture into a casserole dish and top it off with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until it is heated through and the cheese is melted.
