Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a baking dish, add the olive oil and crumble the feta cheese in the center.
  • Crack the eggs on top of the feta cheese, making sure to space them evenly.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • If desired, add cherry tomatoes or spinach around the eggs.

Baking

  • Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the feta is melting.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs and serve warm.
