Ingredients
  

For the sliders

  • 1 package 12-count package Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
  • 3/4 to 1 lb Deli Ham
  • 3/4 to 1 lb Swiss Cheese or your favorite cheese

For the butter mixture

  • 1/2 cup Salted Butter 1 stick
  • 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 2 teaspoons Poppy Seeds
  • 2 teaspoons Dried Minced Onions
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Line a 9 x 9 or 9 x 13 baking pan with aluminum foil and spray it with cooking spray.
  • Use a long serrated knife to slice the rolls in half lengthwise.
  • Place the bottom halves of the rolls in the pan.

Assembly

  • Layer half of the ham over the rolls.
  • Add the cheese and then layer the remaining ham on top.

Butter Mixture

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter.
  • Add the Dijon mustard, poppy seeds, dried onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to the melted butter. Mix well.
  • Brush the butter mixture all over the rolls.

Baking

  • Cover the pan with aluminum foil and bake for about 20-25 minutes.
  • Uncover the foil and bake for another 3 to 5 minutes until the tops are golden brown.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Sliders are best served warm. They can be cut into individual portions for easy serving and pair well with chips, salad, or dipping sauce. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
