Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Potatoes Choose your preferred variety.
  • 1 pound Meatballs Can use beef, chicken, turkey, or plant-based alternatives.
  • 1 cup Cheese Cheddar or mozzarella recommended.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic (optional) Minced or sliced.
  • 1 tablespoon Herbs (optional) Fresh or dried herbs such as oregano or parsley.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Boil the potatoes until tender.
  • Slice the boiled potatoes.
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Assembly

  • Arrange the sliced potatoes in a baking dish.
  • Add the meatballs on top of the potatoes.
  • Sprinkle cheese over the meatballs and potatoes.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, optional garlic, and herbs.

Baking

  • Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes

Serve hot from the oven. This dish is great on its own or with a side salad. For leftovers, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for longer storage. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
