  • 1 piece lemon, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the salmon and season with salt and pepper.
  • Top each fillet with fresh dill and lemon slices.

Cooking

  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

Notes

If you have leftovers, let the salmon cool to room temperature and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. For longer storage, wrap tightly and freeze for up to 3 months. Avoid overcooking the salmon and try marinating it for added flavor.
