Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Cut zucchini into sticks.
  • In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and any additional seasonings.
  • Dip each zucchini stick in olive oil, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  • Place the coated sticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Cooking

  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.

Notes
