  • 2 pieces bananas, sliced Choose ripe bananas for more sweetness.
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter, warmed Natural peanut butter is a healthier option.
  • 1/4 cup roasted peanuts
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips Use dairy-free chocolate chips for vegan version.
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil Helps to melt chocolate smoothly.
  • to taste Flaky sea salt Enhances the sweetness of the bark.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Line a quarter sheet pan with parchment paper.
  • Place banana slices on the parchment paper in rows of 7 and columns of 5.
  • Lay a second parchment paper on top and press the bananas down with a cup as close together as possible.
  • Drizzle with peanut butter and spread it evenly on top of the bananas.
  • Sprinkle roasted peanuts on top and let it set in the freezer for 20 minutes.
  • Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil together.
  • Drizzle melted chocolate over the top and use a spatula to spread it out evenly.
  • Sprinkle with flaky sea salt and freeze for another 30 minutes.

Serving

  • Once set and frozen, cut the Banana Bark into pieces.
  • Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.

Notes

To keep your Banana Bark fresh, store it in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month. Separate pieces with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
