Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas with the rolled oats until well blended.
  • Gently fold in the blueberries, making sure they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
  • Use a spoon to scoop out the dough and form small cookie shapes on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.

Baking

  • Bake for approximately 12-15 minutes, or until the cookies are lightly golden.
  • Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
