Preparation

  • Gather all your ingredients and slice the beef as thinly as possible.
  • Chop your onion, mince your garlic, and slice the mushrooms.

Cooking

  • Heat a large pan over medium heat and add olive oil or butter.
  • Sauté chopped onions until they become soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.
  • Add minced garlic and sliced mushrooms, and cook for another 3-4 minutes until tender.
  • Add the thinly sliced beef and stir until browned on all sides.
