  • Simmer the soup: Bring the soup to a boil, then reduce heat to low and let it simmer for about 1 to 1.5 hours.
  • Cook the egg noodles: While soup simmers, prepare egg noodles according to package instructions.
  • Combine everything: Stir in cooked egg noodles when beef is fork-tender.
  • Taste and adjust: Taste your soup and add more salt or pepper if necessary.
