Ingredients
  

Fresh Berries

  • 2 cups Fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup Fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup Fresh raspberries

Cheesecake Mixture

  • 8 oz Cream cheese, soft Ensure it is at room temperature for better mixing.
  • 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
  • 2 cups Whipped cream
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Graham cracker crumbs For topping.

Preparation

  • Wash and slice the strawberries. Raspberries and blueberries can be added whole.

Cheesecake Mixture

  • In a large mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy using a hand mixer.
  • Gently fold in the whipped cream until well combined.

Assembly

  • In a large serving bowl, layer the berries and cheesecake mixture alternately until fully arranged.
  • Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top.

Chill

  • Cover the salad with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least an hour.

Serving

  • Serve chilled and enjoy the delightful flavors.

Notes

Adding a sprinkle of lemon zest to the cheesecake mixture gives it a delightful zing.
