Preparation

  • Mix crushed graham crackers and melted butter in a bowl until it resembles wet sand. Press firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
  • Gently fold in whipped cream to keep the mixture light and airy.

Layering

  • Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Layer with sliced strawberries.
  • Drizzle strawberry jam over the strawberries.
  • Repeat with the remaining cream cheese mixture and sliced strawberries.

Finishing touches

  • Sprinkle extra crushed graham crackers and whole strawberries on top.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for a few hours before serving.

Notes

Use softened cream cheese for a smooth texture. Let the cheesecake chill long enough for best results. You can substitute strawberries with other fruits like blueberries or peaches.
