Dressing Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Olive Oil Use fresh, high-quality olive oil for the best flavor.
  • 1/3 cup White Vinegar Can substitute with apple cider vinegar for a different flavor.
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1 pack Italian Seasoning Mix Feel free to experiment with different herbs or spices.
  • 1 Tbsp Mayo Can substitute with vegan mayo for a vegan option.
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar or Honey Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • to taste Salt & Pepper Adjust seasoning as desired.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Combine all the ingredients in a jar with a tight lid.
  • Shake the jar well until everything mixes together.
  • Chill the dressing in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.

Serving

  • Pour over your salad with crisp lettuce, red onions, croutons, and shredded parmesan cheese.

Notes

Keep any leftover dressing in the refrigerator for about a week. Shake well before using as ingredients may separate over time. For a creamier dressing, add more mayo or a splash of Greek yogurt. Add crushed garlic or minced shallots for extra flavor.
