Ingredients
  

Salad Ingredients

  • 4 cups baby spinach or mixed greens
  • 1 piece ripe avocado, sliced Use ripe avocados for creamy texture.
  • 1 cup fresh blackberries Substitute with other berries if needed.
  • 1/4 cup goat cheese, crumbled Can be substituted with feta, mozzarella, or omitted.
  • 1/4 cup toasted pecans Toast pecans in a dry skillet for enhanced flavor.
  • 1/4 piece red onion, thinly sliced
  • Freshly cracked black pepper

Vinaigrette Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Prepare Vinaigrette

  • Whisk vinaigrette ingredients in a small bowl until well combined.

Assemble Salad

  • Layer greens, avocado, blackberries, goat cheese, pecans, and onions in a bowl.

Drizzle & Finish

  • Add vinaigrette just before serving. Sprinkle with black pepper and enjoy!

Notes

Serve immediately after assembling for freshness. Perfect with grilled meats or warm bread. Leftovers can be stored separately in airtight containers.
