  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil For dressing.
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice For dressing.

Preparation

  • Gather your ingredients.
  • Wash the fresh spinach gently in cold water and pat dry.
  • Peel and slice the mango into bite-sized chunks.
  • Rinse the blueberries and pat dry.
  • Toast the walnuts in a skillet over medium heat until fragrant.

Assembly

  • In a large salad bowl, combine the spinach, diced mango, and rinsed blueberries.
  • Add the toasted walnuts and crumbled feta cheese on top.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
