Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (or regular) Use vanilla Greek yogurt for added sweetness.
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries You can substitute with frozen blueberries, just thaw them slightly.
  • 2 tablespoons honey Optional, for added sweetness.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Optional Variation

  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder For a chocolate version.
  • granola Sprinkle on top before freezing for added crunch.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt with honey and vanilla.
  • Gently fold in the blueberries to avoid smashing them.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Using a tablespoon, drop small dollops of the mixture onto the sheet.

Freezing

  • Pop the tray in the freezer for about 2 hours until firm.

Notes

Store the frozen yogurt clusters in a container with parchment paper between layers. They will last about a month in the freezer. For best texture, let them sit outside the freezer for 1-2 minutes before eating. These yogurt clusters can be made dairy-free with coconut yogurt.
