Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup blueberries Use fresh for best flavor.
  • 2 cups yogurt Can use Greek or regular yogurt.
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • 1/4 cup granola Optional topping.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Optional for extra flavor.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix the yogurt with the honey and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • Gently fold in the blueberries.
  • If using, sprinkle granola over the mixture.
  • Drop spoonfuls of the yogurt mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Freeze for 2-3 hours or until solid.
  • Store the clusters in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

Serve straight from the freezer. Make a bigger batch to have plenty on hand for snacking. Can substitute blueberries with strawberries, raspberries, or peaches.
